• Delivery  / collection fee (Malta) – same business day for orders placed before 1200: EUR 20
• Delivery / collection fee (Gozo) – next business day for orders placed before 1200: EUR 30
• Emergency delivery service 24/7 within 2 hours from order (service available in Malta only): €100
• Emergency collection from Handaq warehouse outside business hours (Monday – Friday 0800 – 1700 / Saturday 0900 – 1200): €50
